基于层次分析法的含砷废渣固化/稳定化药剂筛选及应用

【摘要】 含砷废渣的主要处置技术是固化/稳定化预处理后进行安全填埋处置,目前,国际上已开发出多种含砷废渣的固化/稳定化药剂,但仍缺乏药剂的筛选方法。以湖南省某矿区遗留含砷废渣为研究对象,采用目前应用最广泛的四种固化稳定化药剂组进行小试试验,通过分析固化体的无侧限抗压强度、干密度、毒性浸出等结果,讨论固化/稳定化药剂组分、龄期对其物理力学性质和浸出特性影响。采用层次分析法建立一个4层7指标4方案的综合评价体系,对四种药剂进行分析,以选取最优的固化/稳定化药剂,以期为我国含砷废渣的固化/稳定化治理技术提供药剂的筛选方法。

【Abstract】 The main treatment technology of arsenic-containing waste residue is the safe landfill treatment after the pretreatment of solidification/stabilization.At present,a variety of solidification/stabilizer agents for arsenic-containing waste residue have been developed in the world.However,there is still no method for selecting the agents.The arsenic-containing waste residue in a mining area of Hunan province is used for bench scale treatability test of 4 kinds of solidification/stabilization reagents which were widely used in order to analyze the effects of reagents type and curing age on physical mechanical properties and leaching toxicity,with the analysis of the unconfined compressive strength of solidified body,dry density and leaching toxicity.A comprehensive evaluation system,including 4 layer,7 indexes and 4 schemes,for selecting the optimal solidification/stabilization reagents is established by adopting the analytic hierarchy process.It is expected to provide a screening method for the solidification/stabilization treatment of arsenic-containing waste residue.
