自制无定型硫化锰除氯化铜锰液中的重金属研究

【摘要】 针对目前重金属废水处理中药剂成本高,分类回收效果差等问题,利用氯化锰和硫化钠自制无定型硫化锰对氯化铜锰液中的重金属进行去除。结果表明在80℃条件下反应2. 0 h,且自制硫化锰投加量为理论2. 3倍时,溶液中铜、钴、锌的沉淀率均可大于99. 5%,取得了很好的去除效果。

【Abstract】 Because of the cost of treating heavy metal wastewater was really high and the classification and recovery of the products were poor efficiently,thus this paper provide a new method that using manganese chloride and sodium sulfide to make amorphous manganese sulfide to remove heavy metals from solution of copper chloride. The results showed that the removal efficiency of copper,cobalt and zinc in the solution was more than 99. 5% when the temperature was 80 ℃,the time was 2. 0 h and the amorphous manganese sulfide was 2. 3 times compared with the theoretical value.
