作物高油品种选育策略研究进展

【摘要】 作物高油品种培育是育种工作的目标之一,对油脂合成过程中一些关键基因进行鉴定和克隆可以加速作物高油品种的选育过程。归纳了植物体内油脂合成的通路和调控网络,从碳源分配、脂肪酸从头合成、三酰甘油的合成效率3个方面总结了植物油脂合成的关键步骤,并对这3个过程中关键基因的研究进展进行了归纳总结,为后期作物高油品种和特殊油脂品种的选育提供技术指导和理论支撑。

【Abstract】 Cultivating the high oil crop varieties is one of the breeding objectives.Identification and cloning of some key genes related lipid synthesis could accelerate the breeding process of high crop oil varieties.In this paper,the pathways and regulatory networks of lipid biosynthesis in plant were concluded,the key steps of plant lipid synthesis were summarized from three aspects which were carbon source allocation,de novo synthesis of fatty acid and the efficiency of triacylgcerol synthesis,as well as the key genes of the three pathways were summarized.This work would provide a technical guidance and theoretical support for the breeding of high oil crop varieties and special oil crop varieties.
