【摘要】 为了推进主体功能区建设,构建陕北黄土高原丘陵沟壑区生态综合绩效评价体系,包含3个一级指标和11个二级指标,利用PSR模型与熵值法相结合的方式测算该重点生态功能区2009—2016年生态综合绩效。研究表明:该地区生态综合绩效水平呈波动上升趋势,2016年生态综合指数为0.997 6,达到测算年份中生态环境的最佳状态。其中,人均GDP、农、林、牧、渔业总产值、人工造林面积3项指标对生态绩效的影响程度最大。因此,该地区应重视三次产业协同发展、提高资源利用效率、落实乡村振兴战略、立足资源优势、打造区域品牌,以推进主体功能区建设为基础,全面协调经济、社会、生态和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 To promote the construction of main functional areas in the hilly and gully region of the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi, an ecological comprehensive performance evaluation system was constructed including 3 primary indicators and 11 secondary indicators. The PSR model and entropy method were used to measure the ecological comprehensive performance of the key ecological area in 2009-2016.The result showed that the ecological performance of the key ecological function area appeared a fluctuating upward trend. The ecological comprehensive index was 0.9976 in 2016, reaching the best state of ecological environment for the years caculated. GDP per capita, total output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, and artificial afforestation area had the greatest impact on ecological performance. To coordinate the harmonious development of economy, society and ecology, it is suggested to attach importance to the coordinated development of the three industries, improvement of the utilization efficiency of resources, implement of the strategy of rural revitalization, and the building of regional brands based on resource advantages.更多还原
