基于聚合物机制砂水泥混凝土路面路用性能研究

【摘要】 天然河砂是一种地域强、不可再生的建筑材料,为了节省河砂,在基础设施建设过程中往往会选用机制砂代替河砂.耐久性差、脆性大是水泥混凝土路面共性缺点,机制砂取代河砂后,混凝土的耐磨性会进一步降低,很大程度上限制了机制砂水泥混凝土在道路工程中的应用.聚合物改性水泥混凝土(PCC)路面,具备较好的韧性、抗变形能力以及耐久性,为增强机制砂水泥混凝土路面的力学性能及耐磨性,选用低掺量的聚合物对机制砂水泥混凝土进行改性.选用聚丙烯酸酯乳液和羧基丁苯胶乳两种聚合物,以1%、3%、5%的聚灰比加入到机制砂水泥混凝土中,进行配合比设计及混凝土路用性能研究得出:聚合物的掺入降低了机制砂水泥混凝土的抗压强度,但混凝土的抗弯拉强度及抗磨耗能力得到了改善.

【Abstract】 Natural river sand is a kind of regionally strong and non-renewable building material. In order to save the river sand,machine-made sand is often used to replace the river sand in the process of infrastructure construction. Poor durability and brittleness are the common shortcomings of cement concrete pavement. We find when machine-made sand replaces the river sand,the wear resistance of concrete is further reduced,which greatly limits the application of machine-made sand cement concrete in road engineering. Polymer modified cement concrete(PCC)pavement has the good toughness,deformation resistance and durability. In order to enhance the mechanical properties and wear resistance of machine-made sand cement concrete pavement,low content of polymer is selected to modify machine-made sand cement concrete. In this paper,two kinds of polymers with polyacrylate emulsion and carboxylated styrene butadiene latex were added to the machine-made sand cement concrete with 1%,3% and 5% aggregate cement ratio,and the mix proportion design and concrete pavement performance are studied. The results show that polymer incorporation reduces the compressive strength of the machine-made sand concrete,but the flexural strength and abrasion resistance of the concrete are improved.
