【摘要】 科技创新既是一个地区具备竞争优势的关键条件,也是一个地区经济发展的核心力量.选取2011年、2013年和2015年河南省各省辖市科技创新的相关指标数据,利用超效率DEA模型对河南省各省辖市的科技创新效率进行评价,并运用灰色关联分析法分析了科技创新效率变动的影响因素.结果表明,河南省有4个城市在研究期间均达到了DEA有效,分别为郑州市、洛阳市、鹤壁市和济源市. 2011—2013年和2013—2015年,大部分城市的科技创新效率有改善,且部分城市改善幅度较大,研究期间科技创新效率总体呈现递增趋势.城市发展水平对河南省科技创新的影响程度较大,高等教育水平和对外经济发展水平对科技创新的影响程度相当.更多还原

【Abstract】 Technological innovation is not only the key to a regional competitive advantage,but a core force in regional economic development. In this paper,we select the relevant index data of science and technology innovation in Henan Province in 2011,2013 and 2015,and use the Super-DEA to evaluate and analyze the efficiency of science and technology innovation of each city in Henan Province. And by using GRA,we analyze the influencing factors of the change of innovation efficiency. The results show four cities in Henan Province are reached the DEA effective during the study period,namely Zhengzhou,Luoyang,Hebi and Jiyuan respectively. From 2011 to 2013 and from 2013 to 2015,we find the efficiency of science and technology innovation in most cities are improved,and the improvement in some cities are greater. In short,the efficiency of science and technology innovation is showed an increasing trend during the study period. The level of urban development has a greater impact on science and technology innovation in Henan Province. The level of higher education and foreign economic development have a similar impact on science and technology innovation.更多还原
