【Abstract】 To generalize Newton’s gravitational theory to the expanding space-time,and realize the unification ofstructure of big scope’s spacetime and physical phenomena of small scope. To prove that the expansion of the earthand its departing from the sun as well as more and more speed of rotation of the milky way,which are observedphenomena recently and aren’t explained by usual theory,are the show of effect of spacetime expansion in smallscope,and to take out the globe picture of galaxy formation and evolution,which is based on continuous generationof material,and to open up new horizons for the development of geophysics and the research of earthquake formation,and also to provide the intensive fundamentals of theory for analyzing the law of motion of various spacecrafts.更多还原
