基于几何特征的穿斗式木结构节点试验研究

【摘要】 木结构在我国西南地区大量存在,其中穿斗木结构由于其经济合理被广泛使用.以穿斗式木结构直榫节点为研究对象,通过试验研究节点长度、宽度、高度三个几何参数对直榫节点弹性极限转角、弹性极限弯矩、塑性极限转角、塑性极限弯矩的影响.试验结果显示三个几何参数对直榫节点四项力学性能影响略有差异,根据试验结果提出直榫节点最优几何参数,为木结构建造提供参考.

【Abstract】 A lot of wood structure exists in the southwest region of China,and the traditional Chuan-Dou Structures is widely used because of its economic and reasonable.Taking the Chuan-Dou structure tenon and mortise nodes as the object of study in this paper,geometric parameters of tenon length,width and height,impacting on the mechanical properties of straight tenon,which are elasticity Ultimate Rotation Angle and Ultimate Moment in the elastic stage,Ultimate Rotation Angle and Ultimate Moment in the plastic stage,are studied.Experimental results show that the geometric parameter affects the mechanical properties of mortise node.Based on test results,optimal geometric parameters of mortise node are given.Reference is provided for the wooden structure.
