【摘要】 通过对国内地震灾害人员伤亡评估模型比较,针对现有模型评价指标单一问题,不能有效体现区域内城市地震灾害人员伤亡的差异,构建了区域地震灾害人员伤亡评价指标体系,并利用PCA方法对其指标进行分析,得到各个指标的权重值,进而构建了多指标影响下的区域地震灾害人员伤亡评价模型.最后以1996至2009年历次破坏性地震灾害数据为例进行分析,将计算结果与已有的评估模型结果进行对比,验证了该模型的有效性和可行性.更多还原

【Abstract】 Through to the domestic earthquake disaster casualties evaluation model to compare,existing model evaluation index single question,can’t effectively embodied urban earthquake disaster casualties within the difference,build the regional seismic hazard assessment index system economic losses.And use PCA method to analyze the index,get the weight value of every index,and then to build the multi-targets influence area under the earthquake disaster casualties evaluation model.Finally,1996 to 2009 in all previous destructive earthquake disasters for example analysis data,the calculated results with existing assessment model results were compared,verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.更多还原
