结构表面裂缝宽度的数字光测法研究

【摘要】 结构表面裂缝不仅会影响结构的美观,还可能影响到结构的正常使用与耐久性,当裂缝宽度达到一定的数值时,还引起使用者的不安且危及结构的安全。针对采集到的裂缝图像特征,介绍了采用裂缝定量分析法进行图像处理的方法,并利用图像处理的优势,通过编制的图像处理程序快速计算出研究区域每一点的裂缝宽度及其方差。计算结果表明:该定量分析法处理裂缝图像效果好、数据稳定且简单易行.相关的计算结果可为实际工程的安全可靠性评估提供较准确的基础数据。

【Abstract】 The surface cracking width obviously affects the appearance of the reinforced concrete structure, and may also affects the normal use and durability of construction. When the cracking width reaches to a certain data, it could possiblly influence the safety of construction. Aimed at the features of crack image, the quantification analysis method is proposed. By taking advantage of the image processing technology, the cracking parameters in this region are also quickly calculated according to our image programm, including the width of every point and the dispersed degree. The calculation results show that the quantification analysis method has good effect, stable data, and simple process. It can provide the relative accurate basic data for safety evaluation of civil projects.
