利用微藻净化生活污水的可行性研究
Feasibility Study on Purification of Domestic Sewage by Microalgae
【摘要】 探讨利用微拟球藻对污水和中水进行深度净化的可行性,从而获得污水净化的最佳条件。结果表明,该藻对污水氮磷具有较强的净化能力,可在13天内去除水体中96%的氨氮和94%的磷,同时COD的去除率可以达到72.9%。在生活污水中培养至第16天,微藻的细胞密度每毫升可达4.55×10~6个。该研究以中水和生活污水为基质培养微拟球藻,为污水中氮磷的去除和能源的同步获取提供了新途径。
【Abstract】 The feasibility of deep purification of sewage and reclaimed water by nannochloropsis is discussed,and the optimum condition for wastewater purification is obtained.The effects of metal iron on growth of nannochloropsis is discussed in this study.Results indicate that the algae shows high purification capacity of domestic sewage, and it remove 96% ammonia nitrogen, 94% phosphorus and 72.9%COD from urban sewage in 13 days. The cell density reaches 4.55×10~6 cells/mL in 16 days.By cultivating nannochloropsis in domestic sewage,this study provides new approaches for removing nitrogen and phosphorus and simultaneously obtaining energy.
