井下微地震监测仪防爆机箱主要参数的计算与分析

【摘要】 微地震监测仪在正常或不正常运行时都可能产生火花、电弧或危险高温,如果将用于地面监测的仪器用到井下,根据煤矿安全生产的要求,必须对它进行防爆.对井下微地震监测仪防爆机箱的主要参数进行了计算,根据弹性力学的有关结论和材料力学的超静定解法对防爆外壳进行了强度校核,使其达到了设计要求.

【Abstract】 In many cases,electric spark,electric arc and high temperature can be produced by micro-seismic monitoring.According to the requirements of coal mine production,if the micro-seismic monitoring apparatuses are applied to underground mines,explosion protection must be done.The article mainly studies the explosion protection problems of micro-seismic monitoring apparatuses and calculates the main parameters of the explosion protection shell.The intensity of explosion protection shell is checked in order to ment the requirement of designs according to connected conclusions of elastic mechanics and hyperstatic methods of material mechanics.
