【Abstract】 AIDS prevention and control legislation are theessential content of the legal construction and an important measure to effectively prevent and control AIDS. From the current AIDS prevention legislation, legislation lags behind, and conflicts are obvious. Criminals are a high risk group for AIDS, and prisons are crucial places for AIDS prevention. AIDS prevention and treatment legislation are scatteredin prisons, and low authority. It is urgent to improve the AIDS prevention legislation in prisons.更多还原
