单层叉筒网壳静力与稳定性研究
Research on Static and Stability Properties of Single Layer Latticed Intersected Cylindrical Shell
【摘要】 为适应作为封闭巨型网格结构大网格的子结构的需要,采用考虑几何非线性的有限元方法,首先对不同矢跨比与起坡度条件下的脊线型叉筒网壳结构进行了稳定性分析,包括失稳模态、极限载荷、屈曲全过程及一系列参数分析;然后分析了不同起坡度条件下结构的静力性能.研究发现:叉筒网壳是一种柔韧性非常好的结构,不会发生跳跃式的脆性失稳;矢跨比为1/6时的稳定性最好,对底面起坡不敏感,是作为封闭巨型结构大网格的子结构的最优矢跨比.
【Abstract】 For the sub-structure to brace in the big gird of reticulated mega-structure, this paper adopted the finite element method (FEM) to study the stability property of the single layer latticed intersected cylindrical shell with different ratios of rise to span and slope angles of the structure bottom plate. The study involved the buckling mode, the ultimate load and the equilibrium path. Then the static property was studied. The result showed that the single layer latticed intersected cylindrical shell was a good structure, its buckling process was slow and the "snap through" could not happen. The best rise to span ratio for stability property was 1/6,at this ratio, the structure is insensitive to the slope angle of the structure bottom plate.
