【Abstract】 Based on the dynamic source of continental margin spreading,the characteristic of modern tectonic movement and the newest motion properties of focal faults of strong earthquakes in South China and the analysis on relations between the variations of earth rotation rater,GPS observation base lines and theoretical surface strain and the earthquakes,we thought that the major cause of modern diastrophism and tension-shear tectonic movement in South China was the spread of mantle flow toward the ocean side,and the power initiating strong earthquakes was the expansion or extension waves in regional earth.更多还原
