【Abstract】 The disaster caused by seismic tsunami occurred in the India Ocean at the end of 2004 had been paid great attention.Based on the fact that seismic tsunami happened in the Hainan Island recorded by instrument,we discuss the possibility of future seismic tsunami attack in the viewpoint of tectonics,emphasize the essential and fundamentality of establishment of the South China Sea earthquake monitoring and tsunami warning system in Hainan Province,and put forward a preliminary plan of this system.更多还原
