单矢量振动传感器的地震动信号方位估计

【摘要】 地震动信号的方位估计对于无人值守系统具有重要意义,传统的地震动信号方位估计在传感器阵列的基础上通过相应的算法处理来实现。MEMS矢量振动传感器由于可以获得地震动信号传播过程中的矢量信息,因此,通过单个矢量传感器便可实现一定范围内的方位估计并提出了一种通过旋转MEMS矢量传感器坐标轴扩展定向范围的方法,实验结果表明该方法系统结构简单、灵敏度高,方位估计角度误差平均小于5°,应用前景广阔。

【Abstract】 The estimate on the orientation of the Seismic signal shares an important significance for the unattended system,and the traditional estimate on the orientation of the Seismic signal is realized through corresponding arithmetic on the basis of transducer array.MEMS vector vibration transducer,because of being able to acquire the information of the vector during the transmitting of the information of the Seismic signal,can realize the estimate on the orientation in a certain range through single vector transducer,and can also provide a kind of method for enlarging directional range through circumrotating the coordinates axes of the MEMS vector transducer.The experiment shows that this method shares the merits with simple systematic structure,high sensitivity and less than 5 angular degrees of error of the estimate on the orientation on average,which has an extensive wide application prospect.
