生态型高延性水泥基复合材料关键力学性能和成本分析
Key mechanical properties and cost analysis of ecological high ductility cementitious composites
【摘要】 制备高延性水泥基复合材料(HDCC)所用日产进口PVA纤维和磨细石英砂的高昂材料成本,限制了其在国内的大面积推广和应用。以降低生产成本和推动HDCC的应用为目标,首先利用国产短切粗PVA纤维、经级配优化且最大粒径为1.18 mm的普通河砂、大掺量粉煤灰制备低成本生态型高延性水泥基复合材料(ECO-HDCC);再系统研究ECO-HDCC的基本力学性能及其影响机理;最后对比分析ECO-HDCC与传统HDCC的生产成本。力学性能试验结果显示,调控水胶比和PVA纤维体积掺量可以制备得到抗压强度为20~40 MPa、四点弯曲强度为9.0~11.0 MPa、跨中挠度为10~18 mm和单轴极限拉应变达1.9%的ECO-HDCC;成本分析显示ECO-HDCC生产成本仅为传统HDCC的1/3。低成本ECO-HDCC的制备成功为其在国内大面积推广和应用提供了理论指导。
【Abstract】 The high material cost of the PVA fiber imported from Japan and the fine quartz sand for preparing high ductility cementitious composites(HDCC) limits its extensive promotion and application in the domestic.In order to reduce the production cost and promote the application of HDCC firstly the domestic short coarse PVA fiber,the ordinary river sand with gradation optimization,the maximum diameter of which is 1.18 mm,a large amount of fly ash are used for the preparation of low-cost ecological high ductility cementitious composites(ECO- HDCC);then the key mechanical properties of ECO- HDCC and its influence mechanism are researched systematically;finally the production costs of ECO-HDCC and traditional HDCC are analyzed comparatively.The mechanical test results showed that the ECO- HDCC with compressive strength 20~40 MPa Jour point bending strength 9.0~11.0 MPa,deflection 10~18mm and uniaxial tensile strain 1.9%can be prepared by the regulation of water binder ratio and the volume content of PVA fiber.Cost analysis showed that the production cost of ECO- HDCC is only one- third of that of the traditional HDCC.The successful preparation of low-cost ECO-HDCC provides theoretical guidance for extensive promotion and application in the domestic.
