基于锈胀裂缝宽度的钢筋锈蚀深度计算模型

【摘要】 钢筋锈蚀深度反映了钢筋的锈蚀程度,其数值对混凝土结构的耐久性评估具有重要意义。混凝土锈胀裂缝宽度容易检测,且与钢筋锈蚀深度具有一定的关系。首先对现有钢筋混凝土结构锈胀裂缝宽度与钢筋锈蚀深度之间的模型进行了总结,并将各关系式中的常数系数用待定系数替代,结合检测数据进行多元非线性拟合,根据所得可决系数比较分析了各模型的准确性、合理性及产生差异的原因。在此基础上以可决系数最高的模型为参考,结合临界钢筋锈蚀深度研究成果,提出与锈胀裂缝宽度有关的钢筋锈蚀深度计算模型,所得模型与实际检测数据吻合较好。相关成果可为钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋锈蚀程度预测、耐久性评估和维护提供参考。

【Abstract】 The degree of corrosion is a significant value in the structural durability assessment process and could be reflected by depth of steel corrosion.The concrete crack width has some relationship with the corrosion depth and could be tested more easily.The existing relationship models between crack width and steel corrosion depth were summarized and the constant coefficients of the models were replaced by undetermined coefficients for new ones.By making nonlinear multiple regression on the detected data and according to the concordant coefficient,the accuracy,rationality of each model and the reason why they appear differently were analyzed.On the basis of the model which fits the data best and the chosen critical corrosion depth model from other papers,a new relation model between crack width and steel corrosion depth was created and it coincide well with the collected data.This model could provide reference for forecasting the corrosion degree of the rebar in the reinforced concrete structure,assessing the durability of the structure and structural maintenance.
