岩石锚杆风机基础的混凝土应力监测及数值分析
Concrete stress monitoring and numerical analysis on new type rock bolt foundation of wind turbine generator
【摘要】 为了探究风力发电机新型岩石锚杆基础的受力特性,结合国电铁岭开发区风电场新建工程,通过在岩石锚杆风机基础上布置健康监测系统并结合自主研发的操作平台,以监测风机基础运行中的受力状态。同时利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对岩石锚杆风机基础在不同荷载工况下的应力状态进行分析,通过将其与监测结果进行对比,可以有效地获取基础内部的受力状态。该工作为完善结构设计工作提供了重要的依据,对同类结构的设计计算有参考意义。
【Abstract】 In order to explore mechanical characteristics of new type rock bolt foundation of wind turbine generator,a structural health monitoring(SHM)system was established on the rock bolt foundation of a wind turbine generator which was located in the new constructed wind power plant in Tieling development zone,to monitor the concrete stress state of the foundation during operation by using the developed computer platform.At the same time,the concrete stress states of the foundation under various loads were numerically simulated by using finite element method(FEM)and the ABAQUS software,and the results were compared with the SHM one.Both the numerical result and monitored one in-situ showed that the basic internal stress states of the foundation could be effectively obtained.The work provided references for improvement of the foundation structure design and the calculation of similar structures in the future.
