利用压电波动法对混凝土偏心受压柱裂缝实时监测的试验研究
Experimental research on real-time crack monitoring of eccentric compression concrete columns based on piezoelectric sensors
【摘要】 将压电"智能骨料"传感器埋置在钢筋混凝土大、小偏心受压短柱内,利用数字示波器实时接收试验过程中构件因裂缝出现和发展产生的声发射信号的全波形特征,并结合信号处理和损伤识别技术,对两试件破坏过程中的裂缝开展情况进行实时动态监测和评价。试验结果表明:混凝土裂缝出现和发展伴随明显的声发射现象,并利用"智能骨料"能够有效接收声发射波;两试件的声发射波的能量积累过程有明显的差异,初步表明裂缝出现和发展的基本特点;为动态和实时监测裂缝开展状态及结构损伤诊断提供新的途径。
【Abstract】 A method is presented for crack online monitoring of concrete compression columns based on piezoelectric sensors.The piezoelectric sensors are embedded in the columns,and a digital oscilloscope receiver is used to obtain the full waveform characteristics of acoustic emission signal during the process of the component damage in real-time.Using signal processing techniques,the damage processes of the two samples are experimentally monitored and evaluated by the piezoelectric sensors.The results of the experiment show that the generation and development of the cracks are obviously companying with the phenomena of acoustic emission which can be detected by the PZT sensors.The energy accumulation process of the acoustic emission signal has obvious deference from these two samples and shows basically the property of the cracks.This technology opens a new road for active monitoring and damage detection on line for cracks of concrete structures.
