砂浆促凝压蒸法快速推定混凝土强度试验研究

【摘要】 通过对混凝土中湿筛砂浆的促凝压蒸试验研究,表明了不同流态的混凝土和不同掺量矿物掺合料的混凝土及不同强度等级的混凝土,其促凝剂在湿筛砂浆中的用量和品种要求是不相同的,对于水胶比小于0.4或高强泵送混凝土,促凝剂的用量应更少,具体用量由试验确定。通过对试验结果的回归分析,用砂浆促凝压蒸法来推定混凝土标准养护28d强度,具有较好的相关关系,可以作为预拌混凝土生产企业及施工现场混凝土生产的强度控制和配合比调整。

【Abstract】 By studying the accelerated coagulation with high temperature and pressure of wet-screened mortar in the concrete.The dosage and required varieties of setting accelerator in the wet-screened mortar are different in the concrete with diverse fluid states,mineral additives and strength grades;In terms of the concrete with less than 0.4 water-cement ratio or delivered by high-strength pumping,the dosage of setting accelerator should be less.Its accurate quantity depends on the relative experiment.According to the regression analysis of experiment results,the concrete strength gained from the mortar accelerated setting method by high temperature and pressure is endowed with better correlativity with the concrete compressive strength with 28 day standard maintenance,which can be used as the strength controlling and the mix proportion of adjustment to the concrete premixing enterprises and construction concrete producing sites.
