超声回弹综合法检测再生混凝土抗压强度试验研究

【摘要】 为了在实际工程中推广应用再生混凝土,需要加强其质量控制的研究,因此有必要开展再生混凝土无损检测技术的研究。针对C20~C40再生混凝土,进行了系统的超声回弹综合法检测其抗压强度试验研究。试验结果表明,与相同强度等级的普通混凝土相比,再生混凝土的超声声速和回弹值均降低;再生混凝土的抗压强度和超声声速以及回弹值之间存在一定的相关关系,但是,普通混凝土抗压强度与超声声速和回弹值的关系不适用于再生混凝土。基于本研究获得的再生混凝土的超声声速和回弹值试验结果,分别建议了再生混凝土抗压强度与超声声速的关系、抗压强度与回弹值的关系、以及抗压强度与超声声速和回弹值三者之间和的综合关系(即再生混凝土的测强曲线)。

【Abstract】 For the application of recycled aggregate concrete in practical engineering,the quality control is a very important issue.Thus it is necessary to carry out researches on the non-destructive detecting method for recycled aggregate concrete.Experimental work was performed on the detecting compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete by ultrasonic-rebound method.The test results indicate that the pulse velocity and the rebound number of recycled aggregate concrete are lower than that of normal concrete with similar strength.The relationship between compressive strength and pulse velocity-rebound number for normal concrete cannot be used to recycled aggregate concrete.Based on the test results obtained in this research,the relationship of compressive strength and pulse velocity,the relationship between compressive strength and rebound number,and the relationship between compressive strength and pulse velocity-rebound number,were proposed.
