【摘要】 目的:探讨接诊、分诊新模式对汶川大地震批量伤员的应用效果。方法:建立一套新型的接诊、分诊工作模式,实施急诊接诊、分诊新流程,并加强实施过程中的管理。结果:急诊接诊、分诊伤员3500例,救治伤员住院1 861例,无1例遗漏主要损伤。结论:通过对汶川大地震伤员急诊接诊、分诊新型模式的启动,使批量伤员在有限的时间内得到了快速、准确、有效的救治,帮助伤员重树起了生活信心,为大型突发公共卫生事件批量伤员的接诊、分诊提供了参考依据。增强了员工的凝聚力、向心力和团队精神,增强了医院核心竞争力和社会影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the practical effect of a new emergency reception and diagnosis mode on the injuries from the Wenchuan Earthquake.Methods: To establish a new reception and diagnosis mode and practice its new procedures.Results: More than 3 500 injured were received and diagnosed,1 861 were treated,and not a single major injury was misdiagnosed.Conclusion:The new mode of emergency reception and diagnosis initiated during the Wenchuan Earthquake can receive large amount of injured patients quickly,and provide them with prompt and accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.It has referential significance for the reception and diagnosis of patients in mass public health emergencies.It could reanimate the patients,solidify the emergency unit,and enhance the competitiveness and social influence of the hospital.更多还原
