垂直流人工湿地去除废水中重金属性能研究

【摘要】 建立以芦苇香蒲、眼子菜和金鱼藻为植被的垂直流人工湿地,考察其对畜禽养殖废水中重金属离子的去除性能.研究发现,芦苇型人工湿地对Cu、Zn、Fe离子的去除率分别为84. 9%~87. 2%、87. 4%~91. 5%、96. 3%~98. 5%,均高于香蒲型(72. 8%~78. 4%)、眼子菜型(71. 8%~78. 5%)、金鱼藻型(74. 7%~82. 1%).但对Mn离子的去除率相对较低,为71. 9%~78. 9%,低于香蒲组(81. 3%~86. 7%)和眼子菜组(83. 9%~87. 2%),略高于金鱼藻组(67. 8%~72. 5%).不同植物根系基质和植物不同部位重金属离子富集质量浓度分析显示,重金属离子的去除主要通过基质的络合、吸附、配位作用和植物的吸收、代谢、累积作用来实现.

【Abstract】 A vertical flow constructed wetland with reed,cattail,porphyra and goldfish algae as vegetation was established to investigate the removal of heavy metal ions from livestock and poultry wastewater. The results showed that the removal rates of Cu,Zn and Fe ions in reed constructed wetlands were 84. 9% ~ 87. 2%,87. 4% ~ 91. 5% and 96. 3% ~ 98. 5% respectively,which were higher than those in cattail type( 72. 8% ~ 78. 4%),porphyra type( 71. 8% ~ 78. 5%) and goldfish algae type( 74. 7% ~ 82. 1%). But the removal rate of Mn ion was relatively low,71. 9% ~ 78. 9%,lower than that of cattail group( 81. 3% ~86. 7%) and porphyra group( 83. 9% ~ 87. 2%),slightly higher than that of goldfish algae group( 67. 8% ~ 72. 5%). The analysis of the concentration of heavy metal ions in different root matrices and different parts of plants showed that the removal of heavy metal ions was mainly achieved through the complexation,adsorption,coordination and absorption,metabolism and accumulation of the matrices.
