移动床生物膜工艺强化农村生活污水处理性能

【摘要】 建立移动床生物膜工艺,考察其对农村生活污水的处理性能及填料填充比对其运行性能的影响.结果表明,较普通活性污泥法,移动床生物膜工艺具有更高的污染物去除能力.在不同填料填充比例下(20%、30%、40%和50%),COD、TN、NH4—N和TP的去除率均有不同幅度的提高.当填料填充比为40%时,COD、TN、NH4—N和TP去除率均为最大值,分别为(91. 1±1. 7)%、(80. 3±1.1)%、(88. 3±3. 1)%和(90. 5±3. 1)%,较对照组分别提高了15. 9%、18. 1%、22. 0%和14. 7%.当填料填充比例进一步提高时,过低的表面负荷会导致系统运行性能的下降.

【Abstract】 A mobile bed biofilm process was established to investigate its effect on the treatment performance of rural domestic sewage and the effect of filling ratio on its operation performance. The results showed that the removal capacity of pollutants by moving bed biofilm process was higher than that by conventional activated sludge process. The removal rates of COD,TN,NH4—N and TP were increased by different filling ratios( 20%,30%,40%and 50%). When the filling ratio was 40%,the removal rates of COD,TN,NH4—N and TP were the highest,( 91. 1 ± 1. 7) %,( 80. 3 ± 1. 1) %,( 88. 3 ± 3. 1) % and( 90. 5 ± 3.1) % respectively,which were 15. 9%,18. 1%,22. 0% and 14. 7% higher than those of the control group. When the filler filling ratio is further increased,too low surface load will lead to the decline of system performance.
