复合型微生物絮凝剂与化学絮凝剂复配处理地表水的效果

【摘要】 为达到絮凝剂复配在工业生产中大规模应用的目的,探讨复合型微生物絮凝剂(CBF)分别与聚合氯化铝(PAC)、硫酸铝(Al2(SO43)、聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)三种絮凝剂复配对松花江原水浊度的影响,并分析CBF与PAFC复配处理后江水的色度、TOC以及水中残留Al3+浓度。实验表明:CBF与PAFC的较佳复配比为1∶20至1∶25;浊度去除率为94.02%,TOC的去除率为59.29%,色度去除率为94.44%,水中金属离子Al3+的去除率为62.57%。该研究表明,CBF与化学絮凝剂复配可以提高处理效果。

【Abstract】 This paper seeks to achieve a larger-scale application of flocculant combination in industrial production. The study involves investigating the effect on the removal of turbidity for the raw water of Songhua River by the combination of the compound microbial flocculant(CBF)with flocculant Al2(SO43、PAC、and PAFC respectively; and thereby analyzing river water for the color, TOC and residual aluminum concentration after the combination of CBF and PAFC. The experiment shows that the optimal compounding ratio [1∶25] between CBF and PAFC could enable the removal rate of 94.02%, 59.29%, 94.44%, and 62.57% respectively for turbidity, TOC, chroma, and the metal ion Al3+ in water. The results verify that the combination of CBF and general chemical flocculant could provide a higher removal efficiency of pollution matters.
