近输油管道边坡松动爆破震动分析

【摘要】 通过对江苏121省道山门口段边坡爆破监测,得到施工现场监测地震波数据。取峰值最大的垂直方向波速为研究对象,运用萨道夫斯基公式对所测数据进行线性回归,并结合爆破震动波速的相关因素进行分析。结果表明:质点震动速度幅值与爆破药量和测点距离密切相关。在相同条件下,震速幅值随单段最大装药量的增加而增大,随测点距离和高差的增大而减小。通过对震动波频谱分析和对震速的预测表明,该松动爆破所设计最大装药量对输油管道的作用是安全的。

【Abstract】 This paper is an analysis of the largest peak value of the vertical direction wave,based on the Provincial Highway 121 segments blasting engineering,and according to the characteristic of earthquake wave vibration.The paper affords linear regression of measured data using Sodev’s empirical formula and gives an analysis of relevant factors combined with blasting Shock wave velocity.The test results indicate that the particle vibration velocity peak-to-peak value is closely related to the demolition dose and the measuring point.Under the same condition,the velocity amplitude value will increase with increase of the largest amount of powder used in single stage shipped bulk,and will decrease with increase of the distance and the different elevation of the measuring point.The spectral analysis of the vibration wave and the prediction of the vibrating wave velocity prove that the largest amount of powder designed for loose blasting gives safe operation to the oil pipes.
