【Abstract】 This article explored and analyzed the organization and management in the field rescue process of earthquake injuries from the aspects of prepa- ration,human resources management and field rescue,which provided reference for the improvement of rescue efficiency.Meanwhile,the author elaborated that enhancing the organization,coordination,and staff training played an important role in the successful rescue of patients with earthquake injuries.更多还原
