聚丙烯酰胺水溶液在振动场中的流变行为研究

【摘要】 根据聚合物驱油的机理,建立一种毛细管物理模型,它可以模拟油层的岩心,应用自行研制出的动态毛细管流变仪,可以在振动条件下测定聚丙烯酰胺(PMA)水溶液流经毛细管物理模型的流变行为。实验结果表明改变振动的振幅(A)和频率(f)对聚丙烯酰胺水溶液的平均动态表观黏度(-ηa)有很大的影响。低浓度的PAM水溶液随着振幅的增加其平均动态表观黏度也增加,而高浓度的PAM水溶液的平均动态表观黏度随着振幅的增加反而降低。高浓度和低浓度的PAM水溶液的平均表观黏度都随频率的增加而下降。为人工地震采油技术提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 According to the micro-physical model of the glass capillary which coincidence with polymer flooding,a dynamic capillary rheometer,the measurement of rheological behavior of polyacrylamide(PMA) aqueous solution under the conditions of vibration was developed.The experimental results showed that changes in vibration amplitude(A) and frequency(f) have great influence on the average dynamic apparent viscosity(a) of the solution.And the average dynamic apparent viscosity of low concentration of PAM aqueous solution increased with the amplitude increasing,while the average dynamic apparent viscosity of high concentration of PAM aqueous solution decrease with the amplitude increasing.The average apparent viscosity of both high concentration and low concentration of PAM aqueous solution decreased with the increasing frequency.Therefore,provides a theoretical basis for seismic shooting oil recovery technology.
