图形叠置法在飞机噪声环境影响评价中的应用

【摘要】 针对已有飞机噪声环境影响评价方法中一个地物单元仅用一个噪声值从而导致评价结果不够精确的问题,将图形叠置法引入飞机噪声环境影响评价。方法以飞机噪声影响区地物图为基图,将用透明纸绘制的飞机噪声等值线图叠置于其上,将单个地物单元分割成若干个小块地物单元,用噪声影响程度系数刻画每个小块地物单元受到的飞机噪声影响大小,结合每个小块地物单元的面积,用噪声综合影响面积来精确评价飞机噪声环境影响。

【Abstract】 Existing environmental impact assessment method of aircraft noise is inadequate accuracy.One reason is that a geographic unit in noise graph is described only with one noise value.In order to remedy the situation,graph overlay method is put up in environmental impact assessment of aircraft noise.Geographic unit graph in aircraft noise affected area are used as basis graph and aircraft noise isogram drawn on transparent paper is put up on the basis graph in this method.Thus each single geographic unit is divided into a few small geographic units.Then each small geographic unit affected by aircraft noise can be described with one noise value.Combined with the area of each small geographic unit,the method can evaluate accurately environmental impact of aircraft noise.
