基于分维数的三维单裂隙注浆体流动数值模拟研究

【摘要】 为了研究单裂隙中注浆体扩散的速度特征,结合裂隙岩体的分维数特性,构建与真实裂隙一致的三维单裂隙模型。通过不同的分维数构建不同形态的单裂隙模型。运用COMSOL Multiphysics模拟不同水灰比的注浆体在单裂隙中的流动速度特征。结果表明:扬程一定时,单裂隙的三维形态和注浆体的水灰比是影响浆体流动速度的重要因素。当分维数一定时,注浆体的水灰比越大,其扩散的流动速度越大,呈非线性增加。随着扩散距离的增加,其流动速度呈非线性降低,且下降速率逐渐减小。当扩散到一定距离后,流动速度趋于一个稳定值。水灰比越大,其流动速度的下降速率相对较小。随着分维数的增加,三维单裂隙模型的裂隙面越平整,其浆体流动速度越大。

【Abstract】 In order to study the velocity characteristics of grouting diffusion in a single fracture,a three-dimensional single-fracture model consistent with the real fracture is constructed according to the fractal dimension characteristics of the fractured rock mass. Different fractal dimensions are used to construct different single fracture models. The COMSOL Multiphysics is used to simulate the flow velocity characteristics of grout with different water-cement ratio in a single fracture. The results show that the three-dimensional shape of single fracture and the water-cement ratio of grout are important factors affecting the flow velocity of slurry when the head is constant. When the fractal dimension is fixed,the larger the water-cement ratio of the grouting body is,the faster the diffusion velocity is,and the non-linear increase occurs. With the increase of diffusion distance,the flow velocity decreases nonlinearly and the descent rate decreases gradually. When the diffusion reaches a certain distance,the flow velocity tends to a stable value. The larger the water-cement ratio is,the smaller the decline rate of flow velocity is. With the increase of fractal dimension,the smoother the fracture surface of the three-dimensional single-fracture model is,the higher the slurry flow velocity is.
