【摘要】 目的总结海军总医院第一医疗队在汶川地震救援中的医疗救援工作,探讨"蛙跳"医疗救援模式在地震灾害中的应用。方法回顾海军总医院第一医疗队在四川省绵阳市地震灾区医疗救援的具体做法,分析总结成功实施医疗救援的工作特点。结果海军总医院医疗队在四川绵阳市北川县的医疗救援中,形成并成功实施"蛙跳"医疗救援模式:采取多种输送手段及早进入灾区中心,在相对安全区域建立医疗中心(安全岛),展开伤员的手术、治疗及前接和后送,并派出若干支医疗小分队随同工程救援人员深入现场搜救,对幸存者进行及时现场救治。结论在地震等自然灾害时,"蛙跳"医疗救援模式可以在有限的时间内最大限度地发挥医疗救援队的救援力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the advantage of "frog leaping" disaster medical relief model in medical rescue works of Wenchuan earthquake.Methods The characters of medical rescue works were analyzed by reviewing measures and performance of the No 1 Navy medical rescue team in Wenchuan earthquake.Results "Frog leaping" disaster medical relief model was successfully applied in medical rescue works by the No 1 Navy medical rescue team in Wenchuan earthquake."Safety islands" were successfully established in comparatively safe area in severe disaster areas which could afford surgeries and treatments of the wounded in the disaster.Conclusion It was demonstrated that "frog leaping" disaster medical relief model can enhance the efficiency of medical rescue team.更多还原
