诺氟沙星对生物转盘反应器处理污染河水性能的影响

【摘要】 诺氟沙星作为一种常用的氟喹诺酮类抗生素,普遍存在于自然水体中,其输入会刺激水环境进而影响受污染水体的处理效果.为了探究诺氟沙星对反应器处理污染河水性能的影响,向反应器中投加不同浓度的诺氟沙星,研究反应器中NH+4-N、TN、TP和CODMn去除率及生物膜特性的变化.结果表明,不同浓度的诺氟沙星对反应器中污染物去除率的影响不同.诺氟沙星浓度为0.05μg·L-1时,对NH+4-N、TN去除率的影响表现为先促进后抑制;随着诺氟沙星浓度的持续增加,对NH+4-N、TN去除率的影响更加显著(p<0.05).反应器TP的去除率随诺氟沙星添加浓度的不断增加而明显降低,且添加浓度越高下降趋势越明显(p<0.05).而诺氟沙星的存在对CODMn去除没有明显作用(p>0.05).诺氟沙星的添加使生物膜VSS/TSS、TTC-脱氢酶活性降低,同时,微生物为进行自我保护分泌了大量EPS从而增加了蛋白和多糖含量.诺氟沙星的存在改变了生物膜EPS化学组分及化学含量,并且降低了生物膜物种多样性和丰富度.

【Abstract】 As a commonly used fluoroquinolone antibiotic, norfloxacin is ubiquitous in natural water, which could influence the treatment of contaminated water. In order to investigate how norfloxacin take effect on the treatment of polluted river water, different concentrations of norfloxacin were added to the reactor. The results show that different concentrations of norfloxacin had various effects on the removal rates of contaminants. When the concentration of norfloxacin was 0.05 μg·L-1, the removal rates of NH+4-N and TN were first promoted and then inhibited. With increasing norfloxacin concentrations, the removal rates of NH+4-N and TN were significantly affected(p<0.05). The removal rates of TP in the reactor decreased significantly with the increasing of norfloxacin concentrations. Norfloxacin had no significant effects on CODMn removal(p>0.05). The addition of norfloxacin reduced the VSS/TSS and TTC-dehydrogenase activity of biofilm, indicating that the microorganisms secreted a large amount of EPS for self-protection to increase the proteoglycan content. Norfloxacin changed the chemical composition and content of EPS and reduced the diversity and richness of biofilm species.
