玉树地震中砌体结构楼房震害特征分析

【摘要】 通过对玉树地震灾区应急评估和调查,对砌体结构的震害进行了整理和分析。建筑物主要存在未按规范设置构造柱和圈梁、普遍采用预制楼板、砌体基本为混凝土空心砌块、施工质量差等问题。最后对灾区的恢复重建提出了建议:避免使用空心砌块作为承重砌体,加强门窗等开洞的构造措施;避免采用预制楼板,加强楼梯间概念设计和非结构构件的锚固。

【Abstract】 Based on the emergency assessment and investigation of building damage in Yushu earthquake,the earthquake damage of masonry building has been analyzed.Most of the shortcomings can be summarized as the following that grid and column was not constructed according to the standard;prefabricated floor was adopted;the masonry was the native concrete hollow block;building construction quality is poor.Furthermore,several seismic fortification measures and suggestions about reconstruction are proposed in this paper as follow avoiding using concrete hollow block as load bearing brick;strengthening constructional measures of door and window openings,avoiding adopting prefabricated floor;strengthening conceptual design of staircase and anchoring between nonstructural elements.
