区域多水源联合调配供水研究

【摘要】 针对邯郸地区缺水所造成的地下水超采问题,以系统分析的思想为基础,以开采地下水量最小为目标,对区域多水源进行联合调配,以期达到社会、经济、资源、生态环境的协调发展,实现水资源的可持续利用。本文对实际问题进行了分析计算,建立了区域水资源系统网络关系,确定了区域多水源的最优配置方案,同时也找出了区域供需的主要矛盾,并提出了解决办法,其结果可以做为决策部门的参考依据。

【Abstract】 Aimming at the Ground water’s excessively mined question which caused by the water shortage of Handan area,this article take the system analysis theory as the foundation to deploy the region multi-water sources in the light of the least uses of the underground water.We expect to realize coordinated development of society,economy,resources and environment’s and make the water resources good use.This article analyze the actual problem and build up regional water resources network chart.The optimal deployment model of the region multi-water sources is established and the region supply and demand principal contradiction is also discovered simultaneously.The result may provide references for interrelated work.
