添加剂及抑制剂对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化性能的影响

【摘要】 厌氧消化处理餐厨垃圾已成为餐厨垃圾处理的发展趋势,为探索加入添加剂对其厌氧消化性能的影响,设置了4个试验组:以不加添加剂的餐厨垃圾为对照,研究了添加膨润土、铁盐及活性炭对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产气量、甲烷含量以及BOD5去除率的影响。结果表明:加入添加剂能显著提高餐厨垃圾的产气量及VS产气率,还可显著提高餐厨垃圾BOD5的去除率。3种添加剂效果的大小顺序为添加膨润土>添加铁盐>添加活性炭。同时还探索了3种抑制剂对厌氧消化性能的影响,加入抑制剂可显著降低餐厨垃圾的产气量,氨氮的抑制效果最显著,其次为硫化氢,再次为Na+,产气量分别比对照减少了47.8%、 42.6%和32.4%。添加剂和抑制剂对沼气中甲烷含量(体积分数)的影响均不大,与对照相比没有明显差异。

【Abstract】 Treating by anaerobic digestion has become the development trend of food waste treatment. In order to explore the effect of adding additives on its anaerobic digestion performance,four experimental groups were set up. Taking food waste with no additives as the control,the effects of bentonite,iron salt and activated carbon on gas production,methane content and BOD5 removal rate in the process of anaerobic digestion of food waste were studied. The results indicated that the addition of additives significantly increased the gas yield and VS gas yield of food waste,and also remarkably increased the removal rate of BOD5 of food waste. The effects of the three additives were compared comprehensively,and its promoting effect in order from big to small was bentonite,iron salt and activated carbon. Meanwhile,the effects of three inhibitors on anaerobic digestion performance were also investigated. The addition of inhibitors significantly reduced the gas production of food waste,and the inhibition effect of ammonia nitrogen is the most remarkable,followed by hydrogen sulfide,and then Na+. The gas production was 47.8%,42.6% and 32.4% lower than the control,respectively. Additives and inhibitors had little significant effect on the content(volume fraction)of methane in biogas,which had no significant difference compared with the control group.
