光催化氧化技术在粪便无害化处理场除臭系统改造中的应用

【摘要】 为进一步提升城市环卫工作的质量,针对粪便无害化处理场间歇性运行的特点,分析了工艺流程中产生臭气的主要环节,比较了已有除臭工艺在其应用上局限性及光催化氧化除臭技术的优势;应用光催化氧化除臭技术对临沂市粪便无害化处理场进行了除臭技术改造,综合运行成本显著降低,除臭效果明显改善,满足现行国家排放标准要求。

【Abstract】 In order to further improve the quality of urban sanitation work,the main links of odor generation in the process flow were analyzed according to the intermittent operation characteristics of fecal harmless treatment plant. The limitations of the existing deodorization processes in its application and the advantages of photocatalytic oxidation deodorization technology were compared. The photocatalytic oxidation deodorization technology was used to improve the deodorization technology of the fecal harmless treatment plant in Linyi. As a result,the comprehensive operation cost was significantly reduced and the deodorization effect was significantly improved,which met the current national emission standards.
