薄层干化机污泥干化过程能耗及污染物特性研究

【摘要】 依托上海某建成的2×100 t/d薄层干化机污泥干化工程实例,分析了市政脱水污泥粒径分布规律,污泥粒径对干化过程的影响,干化过程中干污泥含水率与能耗的关系,以及废水、废气排放特性。结果表明:污泥干化至含水率约为30%,有利于干化系统的节能、稳定运行及干污泥的协同处置,恶臭气体的厂界浓度满足GB14554—1993恶臭污染物排放标准的规定,而干化过程产生的废水、废气需经过相应的处理后才能达标排放。

【Abstract】 According to an engineering practice in a thin film evaporator in which dried sludge with 2 ×100 t/d in Shanghai,the regulation of particle size distribution of dewatered sludge was analyzed,its effects and the energy consumption for different moisture content of dried sludge and emission characteristics of effluent and exhaust gas during drying process were analyzed. The results showed that the dried sludge with 30% moisture content was conducive to the drying system energy saving,stable operation and collaborative disposal of dry sludge. The boundary concentration of odor gas met the requests of Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants(GB 14554—1993),while the effluent and exhaust gas produced in the drying process could only be discharged after corresponding treatment.
