武汉市陈家冲垃圾填埋场4种渗沥液处理工艺稳定性综合评价

【摘要】 采用模糊层次评价法对陈家冲4种不同渗沥液处理工艺的稳定性进行综合评价,选用处理效率、控制参数、运行管理3个方面作为评价层,构建COD处理效率、氨氮处理效率、回收率、食微比(F/M)、吨药剂投加量等16个指标层参数。评价结果表明:处理效率、控制参数、运行管理稳定性等方面各工艺均有优劣,其中MBR-NF-RO-蒸发工艺综合评价最为稳定,BBR+两级Fenton-BAF次之,但具有无浓缩液产生、低碳氮比要求、抗高温等特点。

【Abstract】 The stability of four different leachate treatment processes in Wuhan Chenjiachong was evaluated comprehensively by using FCE-AHP method. Processing efficiency,control parameters and operation management were selected as evaluation layer,and sixteen index layer parameters including COD treatment efficiency,ammonia nitrogen treatment efficiency,recovery rate,F/M,dosage per ton of agent were constructed. The result showed that each process had advantages and disadvantages in terms of efficiency,control parameters and operation management stability,and MBR-NF-RO-evaporation process was the most stable,followed by BBR-two-stage Fenton-BAF process,but it had the characteristics of no concentrated liquid production,low carbon and nitrogen ratio requirements,and resistance to high temperature.
