次氯酸钠氧化降解碱性玫瑰精生产模拟废水研究

【摘要】 采用次氯酸钠对碱性玫瑰精生产模拟废水进行氧化降解,考察了初始COD浓度、反应pH、次氯酸钠投加量、反应时间、反应温度等因素对降解效果的影响,并进行了动力学特征研究。结果表明,向50mL初始COD为1 050mg/L的碱性玫瑰精生产模拟废水中投加次氯酸钠溶液(质量分数为8%)3.0mL,控制反应pH为3.0,常温下搅拌反应30min,COD去除率可以达到88%左右,且该反应过程呈现一级动力学特征。

【Abstract】 The oxidative degradation of simulated Rhodamine B wastewater by sodium hypochlorite solution was studied.The effects of the important factors on dye wastewater degradation(including the initial COD concentration of dye wastewater,the reaction pH,the dosage of sodium hypochlorite,the reaction time as well as the temperature)and the dynamic characteristics were investigated.The results showed that the removal efficiency of COD was about88% under the condition that initial COD mass concentration of Rhodamine B wastewater was 1 050 mg/L,the volume was 50 mL,the reaction pH was 3.0,the reaction time was 30 min and the dosage of sodium hypochlorite solution(mass fraction of 8%)was 3.0 mL.The degradation of Rhodamine B could be well fitted with the pseudofirst-order kinetics model.
