基于生态系统服务的农安县景观生态风险评价

【摘要】 当前,吉林省西部面临着湿地草原退化、沙化、盐碱化等生态问题,农安县是吉林省重要的商品粮基地,也是长春市西北部生态屏障,开展区域生态风险评价对于统筹开展生态保护与修复、打好吉林省污染防治攻坚战具有重要意义。研究表明,通过对曾勇提出的区域生态风险定量评价方法进行部分改进,可用于定量评价区域生态风险随时间的变化,同时拓展了该评价方法在生态研究和规划领域的适用范围。基于改进的生态风险评价方法,应用ArcGIS和Fragstats软件对农安县景观生态风险进行评价,在此基础上提出了具有针对性的生态风险分区管控对策。这为区域多尺度生态风险研究和相关规划提供了可行的方法,并为切实保障长春市乃至吉林省中西部地区生态安全提供一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 At present,the western part of Jilin Province is faced with ecological problems such as degradation of wetland and grassland,desertification and salinization,etc. Nong’an County is not only an important commodity grain base of Jilin Province but also an ecological barrier on the northwest of Changchun City. So it is important to carry out regional ecological risk assessment for both the overall development of ecological protection and restoration and the storming fortification of pollution prevention and control in Jilin Province.By partially improving the quantitative evaluation method of regional ecological risk proposed by Zeng Yong,the method could now be used to quantitatively evaluate the variation with time of regional ecological risk,and therefore the application range of the method in the field of ecological research and ecological planning is expanded. Based on the improved method of ecological risk assessment,this study uses software such as ArcGIS and Fragstats to evaluate the landscape ecological risk of Nong’an County.Based on this,relevant strategies and tactics of zoning management and control for regional ecological risk have been proposed.This study not only provides a feasible method for multi-scale research and planning of regional ecological risk,but also provides reference value for the ecological security guarantee of Changchun City and even of the midwest region of Jilin Province.
