堆外核测量用裂变电离室铀膜均匀性研究

【摘要】 堆外核测量用裂变电离室铀膜厚度的均匀性对其测量准确性影响甚大,因此有必要探索适当的电镀工艺及检验方法,本文在对堆外核测量用裂变电离室铀膜厚度及分布特性研究的基础上,建立了一套能够用于裂变电离室圆筒形电极内壁铀膜厚度分布测量的装置,并利用该装置测量了采用竖直静置和水平动态两种工艺电镀的电极内部的铀膜厚度分布情况,对比分析了两种电镀工艺下铀膜成膜机理及分布差异原因,理论分析与实验结果吻合,可用于指导裂变电离室的生产工艺控制。

【Abstract】 [Background] The uniformity of uranium film thickness in fission chamber used in nuclear instrumentation system(NIS) has a great influence on its measurement accuracy. [Purpose] This study aims to explore appropriate plating process and test method. [Methods] Based on the study of the distribution of uranium foil in the fission chamber of the NIS system, an instrument which can measure the thickness of uranium film on the inner surface of cylinder electrode of the chamber was set up. Two fission chamber samples, one was coated with a vertical electrodepositing techniques and the other was coated with a horizontal electrodepositing techniques, were measured by the instrument. The difference between them was analyzed and the mechanism of uranium film formation and causes of distribution differences were investigated. [Results] The results of the experiment are coincident with theoretical analysis. [Conclusion] This study can be used to guide the production process control of fission chamber.
