【摘要】 贫困地区必须走绿色减贫之路。本文以河南新县绿色减贫的实践为例,探讨贫困地区如何以"两山"理论为指导,因村精准施策、因户精准施策,打出一套精准扶贫的政策组合拳,通过逐步提升村集体和农户的绿色发展能力,探索走出一条绿色减贫之路。要实现生态环境保护与减贫的双赢,必须正确认识保护与发展的关系,打通农户绿色发展能力的实现途径,接通绿色生产与绿色销售的连接公式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Poverty-stricken zones must take the road of green poverty reduction. Taking the practice of green poverty reduction in Xinxian County of Henan Province as an example,this paper explores that poverty-stricken zones,guided by the "two mountains"theory,have put forward a set of precise combination of Poverty Reducion Policies for the villages and the households,and gradually enhance the green development ability of rural collectives and farmers,and to explore a green way to reduce poverty.
