【Abstract】 Correctly understanding the existing problems and the situation of water ecosystem in China,and carrying out the systematic protection and restoration is the key to promote the construction of ecological civilization and to continuously improve the rural human settlements environment. This paper analyzes the present situation and causes of water environmental pollution in rural areas of the northern China,then puts forward measures to promote construction of ecological civilization,such as innovating the mode of laws and regulations,optimizing the management mode,selecting the sewage collection mode according to the local conditions,strengthening the propaganda of science popularization and protecting the natural ecological style and appearance.更多还原
