【摘要】 水循环是水生态文明的纽带,流域是水循环的载体,水生态文明建设是当前社会经济可持续发展的现实需求。水生态文明可以定义为生物、人与社会等的良好关系,这种关系能够兼顾人与社会的发展和典型生物的生存状态良好。解析水生态文明的内涵需注意,应从自然环境(地形地貌、气候、水系水资源、生态系统等)、水利活动(水资源的调控:除水害、兴水利)、社会经济文化(经济发展、社会文化、水文化)三个方面及其之间的关系解读水生态文明的内涵,根据水系统的两大特征(系统性和针对性)进行内涵的解析。以流域为研究对象时,应从内容(水循环与生态环境间的关系)、空间(历史与现状相结合)、过程(自然和社会层面流域分层、分量及水系统在不同区域地貌之间的变迁)四方面进行诠释。相关成果能为水生态文明建设提供理论基础和实践指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 The water cycle is the link of the water ecological civilization,the watershed is the carrier of the water cycle,and the construction of water ecological civilization is the realistic demand of the current social and economic sustainable development. Water ecological civilization can be defined as a good relationship between biology,human and society,which can give consideration to the development of human and society and the good living conditions of typical organisms. Notice should be paid to parse the connotation of water ecology civilization from the aspects of the natural environment( topography,climate,water system and water resources, and ecology systems, etc.), water activities( water resources regulation:eliminate water damage,build water conservancy) as well as society,economy and culture( economic development,social culture and water culture),and the relationship among them. When the watershed is taken as the research object,it should be interpreted from four aspects: content( the relationship between water cycle and ecological environment), space( the combination of history and current situation),process( the stratification of watershed at natural and social levels,components and the change of water system in different regional landforms). Relevant achievements can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the construction of water ecological civilization.更多还原
