【摘要】 通过分析当前森林保险自身存在的法律关系特殊性、标的的特殊性、保险期限周期性、保额费率难测定等特征以及相关法律规范和实践现状,总结出现阶段森林保险实施存在法律法规不健全、履行困难、配套制度保障措施缺乏等问题,提出要健全相关法律法规,完善配套法律制度,并提出森林保险保障措施等,以做到切实保障森林资源,保障林业健康、可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing t he current particularity, such as the special legal relationship, special subject matter, periodic insurance period and difficulty to determine insurance amount and rate,together with the status quo of law and practice of forest insurance, the article summarized the problems of imperfect laws and regulations, difficulties in implementation, and lacking of supporting measures for the implementation of forest insurance in the emergence stage, and it proposed to improve relevant laws and regulations and improve supporting legal system, put forward the forest insurance safeguards, in order to effectively protect forest resources and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of forestry.更多还原
