基于惩罚型变权模型的生态安全预警

【摘要】 基于PSR理论框架构建生态安全预警指标体系;采用惩罚型变权模型将预警指标静态权重进行处理,得到预警指标的动态权重;运用综合评价模型计算生态安全指数,进而确定生态安全的警度等级。对合肥市2005—2017年的生态安全状况进行预警,结果发现:整个研究期内,合肥市的生态安全警度等级除2016年处于Ⅱ级(轻警)外,其余年份均处于Ⅲ级(中警),综合生态安全指数从0.492增加到0.649。

【Abstract】 Based on the framework of PSR theory, the index system of ecological security early warning was constructed. The static weight of early warning index was processed by penalty variable weight model, and the dynamic weight of early warning index was obtained. The ecological security index was calculated by comprehensive evaluation model, and then the warning grade of ecological security was determined. The ecological security situation of Hefei City from 2005 to 2017 was warned. The results showed that the ecological security alert level of Hefei City was in grade III(intermediate alert) in all the years except grade II(light alert) in 2016, and the comprehensive ecological security index increased from 0.492 to 0.649.
