Tessier法和改进BCR法提取施加熟污泥后黄土中Cd的对比研究

【摘要】 探究适合于施加熟污泥改良后的我国西北干旱区、半干旱区贫瘠黄土中Cd形态分析的方法,对防治黄土Cd污染具有重要意义。分别采用Tessier和改进BCR连续提取法分析了施加熟污泥后黄土中Cd形态。施加熟污泥后,黄土中Cd胁迫增大,Tessier和改进BCR连续提取法测定的FMO、OM含量较对照组均稳定增加,而RES无明显变化,Cd形态再分布未趋向RES稳定矿化。使用Tessier连续提取法,施加熟污泥后的黄土Cd形态主要为AC;使用改进BCR连续提取法,随着施加熟污泥黄土Cd胁迫增大,AC渐为主要形态。改进BCR连续提取法测得的Cd形态含量及分布更为显著,生物有效性相关系数大,生物有效性拟合结果更高(P<0. 01),因此认为其更适合施加熟污泥后黄土Cd形态分析研究。

【Abstract】 It is of great significance for preventing and controlling Cd contaminated loess to determine Cd fractionation analysis method which is suitable for barren loess applied composted sludge in arid and semi-arid areas of northwest China. This paper researched on the fractionation of Cd in loess amended by composted sludge by Tessier and modified BCR sequential extraction procedures respectively. With application of composted sludge,the Cd stress in the loess increased,and the contents of FMO and OM extracted by Tessier and improved BCR also increased stably compared with the control group,while RES showed no remarkable change and Cd fraction re-distribution showed no stable mineralization to RES. AC was the main Cd fraction in loess amended by composted sludge by Tessier sequential extraction. While for modified BCR sequential extraction,with the increase of Cd stress on loess amended by composted sludge,the AC gradually became the dominant fraction. The content and distribution of Cd fractions extracted by modified BCR were more significant,the correlation coefficient of bioavailability was larger,and the fitting result of bioavailability was better( P < 0. 01),thus modified BCR method was more suitable for the analysis of Cd fractions in loess amended by composted sludge.
