中低温条件下牛粪秸秆混合沼气发酵的研究

【摘要】 文章以海林农场为实验基地,通过静态实验的方式以玉米秸秆和牛粪为原料,优化发酵底物碳氮比(C/N)、发酵温度和总固体质量浓度(TS),通过响应面优化,得到最佳的中低温环境下厌氧发酵条件。在混合底物发酵过程中,得到中低温环境下发酵的最佳C/N为25:1。在温度和TS的影响试验中得到中温环境下,产甲烷效率会受到较高TS的影响,最高累计产气量在35℃,TS为15%时获得,为14 030.95 mL。最终通过响应面优化得到符合海林农场的最佳产气条件为温度25℃,TS为17.6%,累计产气量为8 665.5 mL。结果表明,在北方地区,通过优化C/N、温度以及TS,仍然可以获得较好的厌氧发酵效果。

【Abstract】 The C/N ratio of fermentation substrate,fermentation temperature and total solid mass concentration(TS)were optimized in the experimental base of Hailin Farm when corn straw and cow dung were used as raw materials.The optimal anaerobic fermentation conditions were obtained by response surface optimization.In the process of mixed substrate fermentation,the optimum C/N ratio for medium and low temperature fermentation was 25∶1.The methane production efficiency was affected by a higher TS in the medium temperature environment.The maximum cumulative gas production was obtained at 35 ℃and 15% TS,which was 14 030.95 mL.Finally,the optimum gas production conditions were that a temperature was 25 ℃,TS was 17.6%,and cumulative gas production was 8665.5 mL by use of response surface optimization.The results showed that a better anaerobic fermentation could still be achieved by optimizing C/N,temperature and TS in the northern region.
